There are currently many new proposals on the expansion of the area around Briarcliff Height including the redevelopment of the Executive Park, the oldest office park in Metro Atlanta. The new development would be similar to the layout of Atlantic Station and would include shopping, restaurants and homes varying in luxuries offered.
